Please read our policy thoroughly. In our business “A Little Bird Will Tell You” we keep the highest standards of fair business practices.

We want to avoid any misunderstanding, and everything to be crystal clear. Please read our policy thoroughly and contact us if you have any question or concern.

Our Policy

“A Little Bird Will Tell You” has the right to refuse service if we feel the request is unsafe for the doves. Professional bird handler will accompany the birds from the beginning to the scheduled event. The bird handler will be professional, punctual and appropriately dressed. One hour before the event begins, a “A Little Bird Will Tell You” attendant will arrive with the doves.

Love Dove Display

“A Little Bird Will Tell You” bird handler will arrive before the event and remain for the scheduled time. He/she will accompany the doves during the event, and he/she will provide divination to your guests as much as they want. There is not quantity limit of divination given during the specified time frame of your event.

Cancellations - Refund

You have the right to cancel our services at any time, but you may or may not receive a refund.  Yes, we do offer refunds but please understand once we receive your signed contract, we don’t take other events in your time frame. We plan to attend your event. We offer a refund if “A Little Bird Will Tell You” cancels the dove display, because of weather conditions or personal, exceptional, and uncontrollable circumstances, such as an accident or illness. Additionally, we offer a refund if you cancel your event thirty days before the contracted event date.  If you cancel our services within thirty days of the event due to a situation other than an accident or illness, please contact us for refund consideration. Once the doves are in the location, there will be No Refunds.

Display

“A Little Bird Will Tell You” offers our special “Love Doves” to be displayed in little cages in trios or duos. The guests are not allowed to hold the birds. If a dove soil on a guest’s clothing, we cannot be responsible for it. A fee of $150.00 will be charged, for each additional hour after the scheduled display time. Please contact us, if you know you are going to run late please so you can save you a late fee. For example, if your event is arranged for 2 hours starting at 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm you will have it until 7:00 before you are charged a late fee.

Deposit – Payment

To book your Event in your desired day and time, we need a 50% deposit and the signed contract. The deposit must be received within five days after we have received your signed contract in the mail. Please before you send a signed contract, complete our contact form online with the specifications for your event, to make sure that your desired date and time are available.  The remaining balance is due one month before the event. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

Fees

A fee of $150.00 will be charged for each additional hours after the scheduled display time. For example, if your event is arranged for 2 hour starting at 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm you will have it until 7:00 before you are charged a late fee. We accept credit and debit cards payments through PayPal. You must provide an email address so an invoice can be emailed. Please read the policies carefully before signing our contract. You will be asked in the contract if you have read and understood the policies.
